Sands China Makes Annual Donation to Tung Sin Tong

20th consecutive year of donations

(Macao, Nov 28, 2023) – Sands China Ltd. donated MOP 700,000 to Macau Tung Sin Tong Charitable Society at a cheque presentation ceremony Nov. 23 at The Venetian^® Macao, in support of the nongovernmental organisation's annual December-February fundraising campaign.

Dr. Wilfred Wong, president of Sands China Ltd.; Amy Lee, vice president of human resources; Sam Chongnin, vice president of corporate communications and community affairs; and Annie Lam, director of community affairs, represented Sands China at the ceremony, where they presented a ceremonial donation cheque to José Chui Sai Peng, chairman of the board of directors of Tung Sin Tong; Ma Iao Iao, vice chairman of the board of directors; and directors Agnes Fok, Lei Chi Fong, Lei Kit Heng and Charles M. Choy.

Since 2004, Sands China has donated each year to support Tung Sin Tong's fundraising campaign. Macau Tung Sin Tong Charitable Society was founded 131 years ago and has been offering free medical services, medicine, and education since the early days of its establishment in 1892.

Sands China's support of Tung Sin Tong is part of Sands Cares, the global corporate citizenship programme of parent company Las Vegas Sands Corp.
