Sands China Ltd. Announces Promotions in Executive Leadership

(Macao, Jan 25, 2024) – Sands China Ltd. (HKEx: 1928) announced several key leadership transitions Wednesday in a filing with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, with the changes taking effect on the same day.

• Dr. Wilfred Wong has been elevated to the position of executive vice chairman.
    Prior to this new appointment, he served as president of Sands China Ltd. since joining the company in 2015.
• Grant Chum has been named chief executive officer and president.
    He has served in several leadership roles since joining the company in 2013, including most recently as chief operating officer. He will also continue in his concurrent role as executive vice president of Asia operations for Las Vegas Sands Corp.
• Dave Sun has been promoted from senior vice president to executive vice president.
    He has been with the company since 2007 and will concurrently continue to serve as chief financial officer, a role he has held since 2017.
• Dylan Williams has been promoted to the role of executive vice president.
    He has been the company's general counsel and company secretary since 2020, and will continue in that role; he has been with the company since 2006.

Robert G. Goldstein, chairman and chief executive officer of Las Vegas Sands Corp., will continue to serve as chairman of Sands China Ltd., with Grant Chum now serving as chief executive officer, as previously stated.
