Sands China Announces Bonus and Salary Increment for Team Members

(Macao, Jan 4, 2024) – Sands China Ltd. (HKEx: 1928) is paying a discretionary bonus to all eligible full-time team members on Jan. 31, 2024, in recognition of their contributions in 2023.

In addition, the company is increasing the salaries of eligible team members effective March 1, 2024, benefiting 99 percent of Sands China's 26,000 team members.

On Jan. 31, a discretionary bonus equivalent to one month's pay will be paid to non-management team members who have been with the company for one year or more. For management team members, the discretionary bonus will be paid based on the company's Management Incentive Plan. Team members who have worked for Sands China for less than one year will receive prorated bonuses if they joined the company before Oct. 1, 2023, and are still employed on the bonus pay out date.

The company's salary increase takes effect March 1, 2024. Eligible full-time team members earning monthly salaries up to MOP 13,000 (before tax) will receive a pay rise of MOP 600, resulting in a salary increase of between 4.7 and 5.4 per cent. Eligible full-time team members earning monthly salaries above MOP 13,000 (before tax) will receive a 2.5 per cent pay rise.
