We diligently raise awareness of work safety and health by hosting various occupational safety and health training seminars and workshops. We arrange hobby classes to promote physical and mental health. And, we promote and support our team members' family harmony through a range of family-friendly activities that are held outside of working hours.

Sands China focuses on not only the career development of team members, but also their professionalism development, as well as ensuring a respectful and equitable workplace. In July 2018, the company launched a policy for the prevention of sexual harassment and discrimination (a first for Macao) together with a company-wide training for all team members.
