Sands China greatly values work-life balance which we constantly review to ensure that our care reaches our team members through delivery of a comprehensive series of initiatives embracing our “Because We Care” service culture. Sands China focuses on not only the career development of team members, but also their professionalism development, as well as ensuring a respectful and equitable workplace. In July 2018, the company launched a policy for the prevention of sexual harassment and discrimination (a first for Macao) together with a company-wide training for all team members.
