Who we are
Sands China Ltd (HKEx:1928), a Hong Kong-listed subsidiary of Las Vegas Sands, is
the leading developer, owner and operator of multi-use integrated resorts and
casinos in Macao. Our business includes hotels, casinos, retail malls, convention
and exhibition, and entertainment.
We are proud to be located in the Macao Special Administrative Region, and our
business strategy is to leverage our integrated resort business model to create
Asia's premier business, leisure, convention and entertainment destination.
Over the last three years we have invested over two billion USD in creating and
enhancing our resort facilities and we are committed to further investment,
supporting the Macao government initiative to diversify Macao’s economy and help
develop the Greater Bay Area, a strategic economic development project in southern
China.
What we want
We want top talents and we want to help these talents develop into effective
executives and our future leaders. You will join this three-year program as an
Executive Associate and immediately deep dive into our major business areas. We will
challenge you with early management responsibility and development projects and
support you through mentorship by our most senior executives, including frequent
contact with our executive committee members.

President/COO Mentorship & Senior Executive Coaching – Throughout
the program, you will be mentored by our senior executives and participate in
leadership meetings in which you will learn how business decisions are made. In
addition, an HR development coach will closely monitor your progress and guide you
through the different stages of your development program.
Real Responsibility; Real Experience – We believe the most
valuable skills are attained through solving real-life business problems. That’s why
you will be involved in – and as soon as you’re ready – leading major projects from
conception to successful conclusion, bringing your team together, overcoming
challenges, and delivering on time and under budget. Every project will contribute
to the Company and hone your project management and leadership skills.
Company-wide Exposure – Fully supported, you will be immersed in an
intellectually challenging environment, learning from our inspirational leaders and
leading business academics, becoming operationally-savvy with real and important
responsibilities in a range of departments. You will discover your areas of interest

Previous work experience is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline at a top-100 university with at least GPA: 3.3
or upper second-class honors or equivalent
Certificate of IELTS 7.0, TOEIC 730, or if without certificate, good command of
English
